This form is for registration only, not payment. Once registered, we will send you a confirmation mail with the request for payment at a date closer to the workshop (no later than about one month prior to the workshop start date). You may only attend the workshop once we have received your payment.

Please note that places are very limited on a first pay first served basis.
You will receive a confirmation email during the upcoming days. A down payment (300 $) will be required only once the workshop has been activated. Workshop activation is dependent on student demand and down payment is not refundable once the course activation has been communicated to participants. The confirmation of workshop’s start will be send via mail by the 15th August 2018. Before that date the workshop activation is not guaranteed. We recommend to book flights and accommodation only after the confirmation email. We don’t cover or reimburse travel or accommodation costs. Such costs cannot be claimed in any case. Participants travelling from abroad are responsible for securing visa required, and are advised to contact their home embassy early
Students must submit a proof of their status (certificate of enrolment). PhD candidates or people enrolled in post-academic courses are not eligible to apply for student fees.
