The Secret Gardens Residential Development, overseen by 109 Architectes in Lebanon in 2012, focused on both BIM Implementation and BIM Production. The project emphasized the integration of Building Information Modeling (BIM) methodologies into its workflow from inception through completion. 109 Architectes led the adoption of BIM processes, ensuring seamless collaboration and coordination among stakeholders. This comprehensive approach facilitated the production of detailed BIM models, optimizing design, construction, and management processes for the residential development. The implementation of BIM methodologies played a crucial role in ensuring the success of the Secret Gardens Residential Development project in Lebanon
