The Al Raha Beach RBW8 project, managed by MZ Architects in the UAE in 2017, focused on BIM Implementation and Production. MZ Architects spearheaded the adoption of Building Information Modeling (BIM) methodologies to enhance project workflows. This initiative involved implementing BIM processes and producing detailed BIM models to improve coordination, efficiency, and accuracy throughout the project lifecycle. By leveraging BIM, the project team optimized collaboration among stakeholders and facilitated seamless integration of design and construction activities, contributing to the successful development of Al Raha Beach RBW8 in the UAE.
