The US Embassy project, managed by MAN Enterprise in Lebanon from 2018 to 2020, prioritized both BIM Implementation and BIM Production. MAN Enterprise spearheaded the adoption of Building Information Modeling (BIM) methodologies to revolutionize project workflows. This comprehensive approach involved implementing BIM processes and producing detailed models throughout the project lifecycle. By leveraging BIM, the project team optimized collaboration among stakeholders, enhanced coordination, and improved efficiency and accuracy in design and construction activities. The utilization of BIM contributed to the successful development of the US Embassy project in Lebanon.
