The Beirut Arab University - Tripoli project, managed by Qualco, Quality Construction Company in Lebanon from 2007 to 2008, centered around BIM Production and Management. The initiative involved the creation and utilization of BIM models as primary tools for coordinating construction activities. By employing BIM, the project aimed to streamline production processes, enhance management efficiency, and improve coordination among stakeholders. These BIM models served as central components in facilitating seamless construction coordination and activities throughout the project duration.
