The SEEF Lusail D1 & D2 Luxury Residential Tower project, managed by Bureau D'etudes Rodolphe Mattar in Qatar from 2015 to 2016, prioritized both BIM Implementation and BIM Production. The initiative aimed to integrate Building Information Modeling (BIM) methodologies into the project workflow and generate detailed BIM models for comprehensive planning and execution. Bureau D'etudes Rodolphe Mattar spearheaded the adoption of BIM processes, ensuring seamless collaboration and coordination among stakeholders. This approach facilitated efficient design, construction, and management of the luxury residential towers, contributing to the successful development of the SEEF Lusail D1 & D2 project in Qatar.
