The St. Regis Amman project, managed by Al Maabar in Amman from 2012 to 2013, focused on BIM Production and Clash Analysis. The initiative involved generating detailed Building Information Modeling (BIM) production based on tender drawings received from the client for the purpose of Clash Detection. Al Maabar utilized BIM methodologies to produce comprehensive digital models, facilitating clash analysis to identify and resolve conflicts within the design. This approach aimed to optimize coordination, enhance efficiency, and minimize errors during the construction phase of the St. Regis Amman development.
